I would add another Fili, remove a copy of Kili, cut Narvi's Belt, and get rid off the Erebor Guard. Then, add Legacy of Durin and Sneak Attack for Gandalf. Replace a few Durin's Song or Lure of Moria with Dwarven Sellsword. I would also find a place for We Are Not Idle. If you don't need the resources, you can choose X as zero and replace the card. That effectively lets you run a 47-card deck. Daeron's Runes is even better if you have it. Those changes should make the deck much stronger.
