TheChad has a newer deck inspired by this one: Folco the Grey

TheChad has a newer deck inspired by this one: The borders of Bree

This deck uses Secrecy to pump out allies and resources, it also utilizes the Victory Display events to remove troublesome encounter cards from the deck.

Opening Hand

You should mulligan to get a resource acceleration card(s) in your opening hand and place them on Pippin, and/or Timely Aid.

Gameplay

With your low starting threat you can avoid being swarmed by enemies in the early game. You should have no problem staying in secrecy for a while to take advantage of Timely Aid, Ithilien Lookout, Out of the Wild, and Resourceful. If you do fall out of Secrecy, (likely to happen if you get Gandalf in play early), there is 3 copies of Vanish from Sight to allow you to still play those secrecy events. You should be able to pump out allies quickly between Timely Aid and resources from your heroes. Once Pippin has Steward of Gondor Denethor can pass him 1 resource a round. You should also be able to quickly make Keen as Lances a free card to play.
Heed the Dream is in here as a panic button to find something you are missing, but I have not had to use it's second ability yet since you will draw a lot of cards with Pippin, and Daeron's Runes.

This deck will combo well with any deck really, but if you bring it to the table suggest that the other players put 3 copies of Keen as Lances in their decks since it will be a free card. I am working on a Rossiel deck to be in a Fellowship with this one.

Sideboard

The sideboard contains 2 extra copies of Henamarth Riversong for solo play, he allows you to plan accordingly for staging, and I think he is one of the most powerful allies for a solo player in the game. Send for Aid could easily be added to this deck if you want it, especially in a multiplayer game.

You may need to swap some of the unique allies for other one based on other player's decks. Enjoy!

Just beat Stormcaller with this thing, coupled with a Rohan deck. I was able to remove 5 encounter cards that had no steering wheels to help with Sailing tests. I still failed the final test but was able to quest through with 26 willpower for the win.
