I might have some advice that I found useful when I started out.....
With a few exceptions, the most powerful decks tend to include a lot of allies. After allies, they tend to include more attachments then events. The reason for this is allies can ready at the beginning of each round. With most decks the amount of questing and attack power depends on the number of allies are in play. Events, on the other hand, can only be used once. Then, they are discarded and though they can help you in a pinch it is not worth it to have a lot to be able to play if you can have allies instead.
My advice: Get rid of Pursuing the Enemy, Rain of Arrows, Hands Upon the Bow, and Host of Galadhrim. Swap those for allies like Marksman of Lórien. A common theme among the Silvan is to put allies into play with a bang, then to put them back into your hand and put them into play again. Events can do that, but attachments are better in the long run. I would suggest The Elvenking.
I hope you find this useful. Welcome to middle earth!
