Quest, Defend, and Attack - lowering your threat counter be 2 and destroying one enemy each turn. This band of blood lust Berserkers easily takes on the Contract A Perilous Voyage and slays.
The simple Frodo Baggins is the binder of this whole deck - lending aid with his purse to purchase the cards that creates the #Aragorn engine (with Steed of the North Roheryn, Steward of Gondor, Heir of Mardil, and Sword that was Broken) that kills enemies and places heavy attacking and defending 's in the party. Mr Frodo Baggins also gives Beregond bonus with Hauberk of Mail and readying capabilities with Armored Destrier.
Backed by the questing Hobbits, Ranged and Sentinel Characters are able to pull in enemies - and destroy them. The game mechanic needs Threat Proof to engage 1 enemy each turn (though I haven't felt the need to coax it with DĂșnedain Hunter).
Further Heroes are added into the party as they take side quests to gather equipment (Thalion) and a Hobbit is knighted to the role (Sam Gamgee if threat is high, Pippin if threat is low) by Sword-thain for extra theatrical attack damage (with Beregond's help in readying after A Perilous Voyage gets exhausted at key times in the game.
