I immensely enjoyed this deck when I tried it out for the first time last Friday. Being able to put an ally into play with Prince Imrahil and then using Feigned Voices or Pursuing the Enemy to pull the ally into your hand is extremely satisfying.

The great thing about this deck is that most of the allies are warriors which still makes Imrahil's ability relevant if you are unable to draw Elf-friend in your opening hand. Also, having nine willpower to quest with in the opening turn is helpful, especially if you are paired with other decks that start slow in that area. Combat is not a problem for this deck at all. I was immensely impressed with that. There are an incredible amount of janks you can pull depending on which ally you get. Greenwood Archer is probably the jankiest ally especially if you need to help out a friend. I have also been able to put Orophin into play and pull an ally from the discard which allowed me to Sneak Attack it on the board. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially with almost all ranged allies with 3 or more attack power after Celeborn's ability.

On my side board I have Thalin and Unlikely Friendship in case someone else needs to play Éowyn. I have not tried out that other variant but I am curious to see how it would do in comparison.

I would be willing to design some kind of quest deck with Éowyn across the table from you if that's something you'd be interested in trying to collaborate on. Let me know. I really like this.

Only question I have is if you saw a bunch of need for Defender of the Naith? If not, then Galadriel might be a suitable replacement to help you find Elf-friend quicker, even though it's not a requirement given so many allies have the Warrior trait.

Defender of the Naith has been extremely helpful in sticky situations (especially if I need to block for a friend) and I would probably forgo Galadriel because that reduces the likeliness of Imrahil's ability to pull an ally he can put into play. Also, I literally mull for Elf-friend, and very rarely do I start without it. Good suggestion though!

I would be excited to see what kind of deck you could come up with in tandem! I would recommend you put some way to deal with combat in your deck, mainly to shore up defense because most of my allies are ranged, and because of Galadhon Archer.
