Rimogard 316
That's my attempt to create an Outlands deck with a bit of Isengard flavor. The idea is to:
- Draw a lot of cards (Galadriel, Daeron's Runes, Deep Knowledge, Gleowine);
- Gain a lot of resources (SoG, Keys of Orthanc);
- Amass a grand army of Outlands (Ethir Swordsmen, Anfalas Herdsmen, Knights of the Swan, Warriors of Lossarnach).
Grima should also help with resource generation a lot. Using him also triggers the ability of the Isengard Messengers who can quest for quite a lot. Additionally, Faramir can turn this deck into a very powerful questing machine.
You'll increase your threat a lot from Grima, Deep Knowledge, and Saruman if you use him. To reduce threat, you can use Galadriel, Gandalf, Elrond's Counsel, the Galadriel's Handmaidens and The Galadhrim's Greeting.
Saruman is also in the deck. He's for emergency situations.
Needless to say, Treebeard is a wrecking ball... Thanks to Grima, you can play him turn one!
I've tested the deck against the Steward's Fear and I had great success with it. I hope you'll like it, too!
