Nice one! I've also been trying to make Bartering work. One thought I had was you could use it to play Sword-thain for free, which will then make any future Scroll of Isildur free and let you draw 4 cards with Mithrandir's Advice.

Nice work here, Beorn. Utilizing Bartering to consistently play Resourceful for the reduced cost is evidence of great attention to the details of the card pool.

Auto-like for anything hobbit, secrecy, or Folco Boffin. (I likewise find that the longer I play with him the longer I tend to keep him around.)

I only regret that I have but one favorite to give.

Thanks, @Seastan. I tried Sword-thain, but I found that I didn’t have enough unique ally targets to make it work consistently within the first few rounds. I’m sure there is another version of this deck with Henamarth Riversong, Robin Smallburrow and other inexpensive unique allies that would make better use of Sword-thain.

I too am a huge fan of Folco Boffin, @Some Sort. It's nice to see Hobbit decks take on appropriately tricksey and clever strategies.
