I really wanted to beat this quest with Dunhere and Eowyn but just couldn't make it work. Fortunately TMV adds Ered Nimrais Prospector and Hidden Cache so a milling Dwarf deck is thematic for the progression series challenge. This deck handles the challenges of this quest nicely: It always quests for 6 on turn 1 with low starting threat, it can take one hit from The Master's Malice and cancel the rest (with some luck of course), and an army of dwarves can handle the barrage of strong enemies. Yes, dwarves are OP but this quest demands nothing less in solo mode. Dwarrowdelf Axe of course cuts the time to kill the Nazgul by two turns.

Sep 01, 2018He didn't say he kills it in two turns, but that it cuts the time BY two turns (from 5 attacks to 3). It's because the damage from the card-ability on Dwarrowdelf Axe is dealt seperately from the damage done by the use of attack-power (). That way you can deal 2 damage each turn (and kill it in 3 attacks rather than 5). |
Sep 01, 2018Thanks! I see the difference now! Really good deck, I tried it and it works perfectly. |
How can you handle the Nazgul in only two turns? Doesn't apply the limitation of attacking an enemy once each turn?
