This deck is meant to be paired with the Super Bilbo deck aka the main deck.

Most of the cards here are meant to give instant support to the main deck, thinking in the short-term. Make this support deck the 1st player, setup the main deck as much as possible, and then commit suicide to reveal one less card during staging. The star cards here are Deep Knowledge, Song of Eärendil and Desperate Alliance. The ideal situation is as follow: Put Song of Eärendil on Caldara, play all the Deep Knowledges around, both from the main deck and this support deck (you can fish for them with The Seeing-Stone), load all the threat in this deck, and watch as both of them get flooded with cards. Play the events from the main deck and this second deck alternately, optimizing card draw as much as possible. Ideally, at some point the main deck draws a Legacy of Númenor and this suicidal deck gets a Song of Kings, so, combo these cards and it'll let you play more cards from this deck. Once you're done, with the help of Desperate Alliance give control of Treebeard to the main deck, which should help in getting extra cards with Mithrandir's Advice.

I really like the "setup, then suicide" idea; that's one I hadn't seen before.

One thought-- if you're using Song of Eärendil, you can include a Wandering Took. The two cards together should combine to let you lower the other player's threat by nearly 20 points in one go before you finally threat out. (You can also send the Took to the other side of the table to give your partner deck one extra ally before you die.)

Since your target would then be "suicide by threat", you could even replace Boromir and Caldara with any heroes you want. Try Erestor/Galdor + Arwen, instead; Erestor/Galdor increase your odds of getting your key pieces out in the first round before suiciding, Arwen gives you built-in resource acceleration to increase the amount of stuff you can play, (and if it's not needed can toss a resource across the table onto Loreagorn), and if things go well and you don't draw your Took/Earendil combo early enough, they could even quest for 11 in turn one, engage any enemies that come out, and let undefended attacks blow them up; that would be a small price to pay for revealing one extra encounter card, I think.

Another thought, since you'd need the spirit resources more than lore resources, (you'd want three in the opening turn to pay for both the Song and the Took), would be Arwen and Galadriel or Arwen and Cirdan. Both combos get you an extra card and guarantee at least three spirit resources to start the game. Arwen/Cirdan can even quest for 13 in turn one before suiciding out.

Again, really creative idea, and my mind's already churning through the possibilities.

Thanks for your ideas! I tried to avoid cards that cost 2 or more resources, since this deck only lives less than 1 turn. Honestly the idea of changing the heroes for the ones you mention opens a lot of combo-possibilities; although this support deck is meant to be eliminated via heroes committing suicide, this deck has died by threat plenty of times (in fact it has died more times due to threat than heroes killing themselves, specially when I manage to play Song of Eärendil), so it's true it's not necessary to restrict this support deck to Boromir/Caldara/Treebeard... Erestor+Galdor+Arwen looks incredibly tempting haha. Between Galadriel and Cirdan I'd deffinitely put Cirdan since he puts you closer to death by threat

Justice Shall Be Done will suit this kind of deck and add variety.
