The main Idea of this deck is to spam out attachments, doing this in 4 phases. Mulligan for Dúnedain Pipe, Gandalf's Staff or Steward of Gondor and try to find at least one instrument too.

Phase 1: Questing: With Elena you can get 3 free restricted Instruments for free and have the money for using Lobelia Sackville-Baggins's ability to get some fancy attachments. And so, Herubrand is at minimum 5 turn one even without flipping.

Phase 2: Defense and Horns: get your defense going, with more copies of Wooden Lyre, Feint and Song of Slumber. If you have your Blue Staff here, use it for finding the songs of slumber and the side quest. While your threat is low, focus on questing and don't engage enemies unless necessary, because the longer you have them in the staging area, the more damage they get from the Golden Horns. Try to find Steward of Gondor to get the money rolling for the next phase.

Phase 3: Attack and Draw: get a good attack and flip the contract, also getting your draw up with things like Gandalf's Staff, Prepare for Battle, Dúnedain Pipe, Foe-hammer and Keen as Lances, which is also your threat reduction. Try to find Lobelia's War Axe, Great Yew Bows, Andúril and Herugrim, maybe Rohan Warhorse too, though you may need to give it to Herubrand to flip the contract.

Phase 4: Unleash Hell: The contract is flipped. Herubrand should be able quest alone by now, without Elena. The 3 harps and potential attack blocks left let you use Lobelia to clear your engaged enemies and the staging area, which has already been damaged by the Horns.
