Mulligan for Nenya, Snowmane, Herugrim, Gúthwinë, Celebrían's Stone, Gather Information. Song of Wisdom is good if you don't have Nenya as it unlocks Lore sphere early.
Quest early with Théoden if he has Snowmane. If he doesn't have the mount, you may need to defend and recycle Rohan allies from discard using Gamling or Gúthwinë. Recycling can be particularly effective to bring back a recently defeated Éomund who also refreshed two heroes and whose cost is reduced by one to play next turn
This deck is humming when you can Quest + attack enemies in stage with Éomer, Galadriel, Nenya, Herugrim combo. Late Adventurer allows you to trigger his ability and attack an enemy that was revealed this turn and didn't start the turn in staging.
