Balin: 1 Ancestral Armor, Celebrían's Stone, Dwarven Shield, 1 Golden Belt and King Under the Mountain, 1 Armored Destrier

Elladan: Blade of Gondolin, preferably both War Axes, 1 Golden Belt, Valiant Sword, Rivendell Blade and a Steed of the North

Elrohir: 1 Ancestral Armor, Steward of Gondor, Andúril, Elven Mail, Magic Ring, Steed of the North, Armored Destriers and a Golden Belt

the prefered restricted ones (the fourth only when you got your belts):

Balin: Armor, Stone, Shield, Destrier

Elladan: Steed, 2 war axes, valiant sword

Elrohir: Armor, Anduril, Steed, destrier

The events: Foe-hammer for draw, Feint if there's too many enemies, Justice Shall Be Done to end the game with a bang, Proud Hunters for extra resources, Well-Equipped to get more attachments going.
