Bit of a mess still and need to cut some cards, but this is my Last Allaince of Harad and Dale. You want King of Dale or Steward of Gondor in the opening hand. Southron Refugee can be handy too. Some attachments that can be played down ASAP are also useful, as Brand Son of Bain's card draw can kick in and get you moving.
No healing but I'm playing it alongside some Wardens for the time being, so no need.
