This is my take on an RCO Vilya deck with cards I currently have on hand. I noticed that many of the RCO decks published actually require cards from discontinued expansions, so I wanted to create one that's actually feasible for newer players, like myself.
I have yet to test it, but will report back my findings. If anyone has tried one similar to this, is a seasoned player, anyone seeing areas to improve upon or if you just really dig it, please leave some comments!
