Like Garak said in DS9 : "Just plain simple Garak"

Here are just simple lobelia and Nob. No other heroes, no allies. Just the two of them.

Put the One ring on Nob. On T2 you have flip the three hunters with low cost restricted attachments. On T4 you can search your deck for the 2 cards missing with At the end.

You should be very quickly equiped like that :

  • Lobelia : strider- War axe - Anduril - Herugrim - 4th gandalf staff for the shadows or whatever
  • Nob : One ring - ancestral armor - ring mail or red book (ok, this is tricky, but fun) - 4th burning brand or whatever

Quest at 19 . Defend with Nob at 5 + 6 with well preserve every turn at will. Attack with Lobelia at 9 , and one attack at 19 ! (with Herugrim).

  • Lot of ready (fast hitch, anduril, strider, fatty lumpkin, magic ring).
  • Lot of ressource reduction, and gain ressources : use wizard pipe + expert treasure hunter + hidden cache for ressources every turn if needed.
  • Lot of draw, huge draw indeed !

Extremly tenacious deck :

  • You don't care questing in normal or battle mode
  • You'll evade shadows with gandalf staff and burning branch
  • You'll be resilient with treachery because you have lots of hit points and everything that affect allies or cards in x3, or differentstype of cards : you just don't care. Cause you have almost 70% of attachments in your deck

Handle NM in solo pretty well

do u think this is better than a Forth, The Three Hunters! with e.g. Merry or Pippin as 3.rd hero instead of At the End of All Things + Beyond the Original Bargain?

you cant get resources from attachments card effects and the first three rounds u c ant heal with well preserved due to the contract end of all things. so magic ring or redbook i mean you could use seasoned forager that maywork

@doomguard Sorry, i can't say because i don't play this contract often. I find it exiting to build but boring to play. I can give you the experienced quests : I pass Carn dum NM, Chetwood NM and weather hill NM. I failed on deadmen's dike NM and waste of eriador NM but pass easily in normal mode.

In NM, first turns you must keep low profile. Engage, defend with Lobelia, you can make quests failure, it's not important. And when the contract is fliped, you counter attack. In normal mode, you don't feel this difficulty.

@ks5bns You should read what is writen before posting. Your comment is nonsense. This deck do not need ring and book for the ressources or healing before T4 : I wrote what to use for ressources, and none of theses 2 attachements are made for that.

See : You can play Anduril on Lobelia T1 without nothing (even if it's not the best move), the deck doesn't need ressources on first turns because you want to play low cost restricted attachments to flip contract. Even, the deck should be better if you replace ring, book, citadel plate, rivendel bow by round shield or any other restricted attachement costing 1. But i find this boring to play. Seasoned forager is too slow to be effective and more : it kills hidden cache effect. Useless. If you want somme more ressources, simply ad 1 hidden cache
