Warning: If you like playing this game thematically, this deck is not for you. It literally features a large bear, riding on Eomer's favorite horse, wielding a blade meant for a future king in one paw, a war axe in the other, he has Sauron's lost ring in one paw, and while he wages war on his enemies...........he eats Lembas Bread?
Also, this deck is made to be played with a quest-heavy partner. You will be capping at a maximum of 7 willpower.
With the release of the new contract: Beyond the Original Bargain, I have excitedly been making combinations of every possible contract. Today, I combined Forth, The Three Hunters! with The Grey Wanderer. This is attempt #1.
Setup:
-remember to raise your starting threat by 4 for Beyond the Original Bargain
-His starting attachment is Elf-friend. It may seem like a weird starting attachment at first, (because it seems to do nothing) But it does one important thing: It gives him a total of 4 different traits. That will be important for later.
-He will start with The One Ring. For his master card, pick Inner Strength. (you could also pick Strength and Courage, but I only have on copy of Inner Strength in the deck.
-Mulligan for Andúril Play it as soon as possible (you may even want to use The Grey Wanderer early to do so)
Gameplay:
This should be fairly simple. Your quest-heavy partner should be heavily questing. Your job is to ride down the unfortunate orc who decides your defenseless teammates could be easy prey.
