Going for the theme, I like that :)
I think you could benefit a lot from swapping Lórien's Guides for Northern Trackers (Dúnedains are still thematic for this setting), especially for the first Fellowship scenario.
Also, perhaps throwing a Hobbit Cloak from the other deck across the table on Fatty would be beneficial in case you are somehow forced to engage an enemy (which you might not be entirely opposed to as it lets you trigger Pippin's card draw which this deck will otherwise have trouble with).
Finally with Merry, The Galadhrim's Greeting and the Handmaiden, you should have more than enough threat reduction, so the Pipes and Smoke Rings are most probably not necessary. I suggest swapping those for Frodo's Intuition which will do wonders in this deck, and possibly a Wandering Took - you could perhaps do with a few more allies here.
