For a long time I looked at Leadership Frodo Baggins wondering what I was supposed to do with him. He can keep your threat low by questing successfully, and likes to ready other characters with worthwhile WP and another stat. Enter Tactics Boromir and Forth, The Three Hunters!. This is my take on a relatively thematic Three Hunters build using these characters. The One Ring goes on Frodo most of the time, but could be put on Boromir to counter a huge Boss enemy. Early WP is a weakness. I've pondered the use of Power of Command to boost it and survive the early game, but since I dont own a copy I'm unlikely to give that a red hot shake.
