Hall of Fire, or "Over 9000 (years old)"
This is a Noldor-heavy themed deck I've been using in a three player campaign playthrough, with BigFomLof and WanderingTook
Our three player campaign team is very combat focused so I've built the deck to take up the bulk of the questing as well as provide support to the other decks in the form of healing. Both the other decks have sentinel defenders and ranged attackers so it's rare for the characters in this deck to sully their hands with actual combat duties. Though the deck has a couple of robust defenders in a pinch.
Opening Hand:
As with any Arwen Undómiel deck, Elven-light in the opening hand will have you on track for a good start to the game. Although while playing the deck through several quests I found that getting Galdor of the Havens on the table in the first turn or two was vital to keep the deck pulling through cards. To this end To the Sea, to the Sea! is also a great card for your opening hand.
If you manage to get Galdor of the Havens in your opening hand it's worth adding Arwen's resource to Elrond for the first 2 turns to make sure he hits the table on turn 2. Once he hits the table you'll essentially be drawing 2 cards per turn before you start with an Elven-light shenanigans.
At the Table:
If you weren't able to grab Galdor of the Havens in the first couple of turns then you should be focusing on your card draw through Galadriel, Elven-light and Daeron's Runes until you get him. Cards like Master of the Forge, Silver Harp and Mirror of Galadriel should be your next priority if you're struggling to find the cards you need.
Guardian of Rivendell is a tricky card in this deck for me currently. I LOVE having him in my twins deck http://ringsdb.com/decklist/view/3740/scions-of-the-house-of-el-campaign-edition-1.0 which doesn't go as heavy into the Noldor discard mechanic as this deck does. So often I end up just pitching him to fuel a discard effect rather than put him into play, sometimes even when I could possibly use an extra ally on the table.
As this deck doesn't run Steward of Gondor, or much resource acceleration, discarding cards to discount the Guardian of Rivendell and then pitching another 2 really isn't desirable in almost all cases.
I'm considering subbing him out for Veteran Sword-elf, a card which, probably rightly, hasn't been well received by the community. However if I'm finding that I'm 95% of the time pitching a Guardian of Rivendell to fuel some other Noldor discard mechanic card then the Veteran Sword-elf seems like the better choice?
I'll still be pitching the first 2 as fuel for discard effects like the Guardian, so no change there, and if I draw into the third and I have To the Sea, to the Sea! on the table I potentially pay as little as 1 for a 1/3/3/3 ally, better stats than the Guardian even at full cost without having to ditch additional cards.
It's not uncommon for this deck to end up with 10 or less cards in the draw deck as you pull into the final few progress on a quest so you should see the majority of your deck, the trick is how many cards you can retain in your hand to fuel your discard effects. If you get some Silver Harp down early you'll be able to get 2 free discards/turn but grabbing them too late means most of the deck will be in the discard pile rather than your hand and you may struggle to replenish it. Given that, unless you're desperate for healing or maybe an Unexpected Courage then your Master of the Forge should be digging for the harps as a priority.
Sideboard:
The sideboard is a little all over the place, and the deck has been modified to be more stand-alone rather than the version that's played in campaign where one of the players is using Glorfindel so the Light of Valinor come out and the Asfaloth goes in.
The Steed of Imladris and The Evening Star can be subbed in for those location heavy quests
