The goal of the deck was to defeat the Balrog in Campaign Mode without having a Fallen Hero, but using the whole card pool was acceptable. I went the Sword-Thain route. I realized after I built this deck and started playing it that it would have been much simpler to use Fortune or Fate to bring back the hero, but this way worked out well too (the single time I played it).
I used the Black Rider's version of Frodo, to cycle an encounter card if needed.
The treasure cards are actually the Boon cards from the campaign. Also had the following boons:
Old Bogey-Stories
Mr. Underhill
Anduril
Ho! Tom Bombadil!
For a total deck size of 116. Definitely the biggest deck I've ever played. I think it only worked because I happened to draw Expert Treasure Hunter x2 and Gleowine early in the game, and Gandalf's Staff was pretty early too. So I was able to filter through 4 cards per turn, and get to Steward of Gondor, Stargazers, and more, quite quickly.
