GrandSpleen 1426
Questing deck that is meant to be more interactive than your typical ally/willpower flood. Aside from contributing willpower, you have got Círdan the Shipwright with Narya for some support for other decks (or yourself, this works well with Gildor Inglorion), Asfaloth is there to chip at locations even without Glorfindel, The Evening Star provides a burst of progress on locations, and Elwing's Flight can also lend some support by readying characters for participation in combat.
The deck has some one-ofs but it's fairly consistent nonetheless. Cirdan and Elven-light provide excellent draw (I look for Elven-light in my starting hand). Galdor of the Havens works well here to get your discard pile started and for his very nice selective mulligan ability, and it's very easy to trigger his once-per-game card draw windfall with all the discard going on. However, his ally version fits well into this deck also, and is in the sideboard. You can swap the hero Galdor for just about any sub-10 threat lore hero, such as Gríma, Bilbo Baggins, or Bifur.
Daeron's Runes is part of the sideboard because I have typically had it tied up in other decks when I play this one. The deck would be stronger if included, but it is not sorely missed.
