Carder89 110
This deck can hold its own in this scenario, but does like help from a dedicated combat deck. An ally-heavy, precise questing deck works too, because you can amass allies to do the combat against the trolls. This deck is good at drawing cards, but is otherwise not specialized to do any one thing.
With healing, Citadel Plate, Dúnedain Warning, and Protector of Lórien, Bilbo becomes a good defender that keeps drawing the group cards. Its allies heal and deal with trolls, so are mostly combat focused. Use Forest Snare on any trolls that you cannot deal with immediately. This deck splashes leadership heavily to play the signals and Steward of Gondor (which helps pay for Glorfindel's ability and expensive Lore allies).
The rest of the deck is card draw which fuels other players, Protector of Lórien, and helps to build up Bilbo.
