This deck has been designed for a two-player game alongside another Silvan Spirit-Leadership deck. I wanted to design two decks that could be played with just a single old core set and the Elves or Lorien starter deck.
Ideally this would have all-elven heroes to be fully thematic, but it was more important to me that this be something that could be played with a limited card pool and still be effective.
As this isn't a purely Silvan deck/fellowship, it only partially utilises the 'bounce' mechanic of returning allies to your hand and replaying them. However, it pairs with a deck that includes Galadriel and Celeborn, whose passive effects are still great for getting a big punch out of allies when they enter play.
With both Haldir of Lórien and Legolas as ranged attackers, they can do most of the killing for any deck this is paired with.
