This deck has been designed for a two-player game alongside another Silvan Lore-Tactics deck. I wanted to design two decks that could be played with just a single old core set and the Elves or Lorien starter deck.
Ideally this would have all-elven heroes to be fully thematic, but it was more important to me that this be something that could be played with a limited card pool and still be effective.
As this isn't a purely Silvan deck/fellowship, it doesn't fully utilise the 'bounce' mechanic of returning allies to your hand and replaying them as much as I'd like. However, the passive effects from Galadriel and Celeborn are still great for getting a big punch out of allies when they enter play.
Please note this deck should include only 2 Snowbourn Scouts and 3 A Test of Wills. For some reason if I add 2 ToWs from core and one from EoL, it says the deck is invalid.
