This is the first deck in my mostly thematic fellowship for taking on the Ered Mithrin cycle. This deck's power is questing, card draw, and location control, with some slight combat assistance.

I wanted to incorporate new archetypes, so for this deck I picked woodsmen. It's not a large set of cards, so I sprinkled in some Lorien elves since it seemed appropriate, and also Gandalf because I love using him.

Mulligan here for Nenya since you are light on questing without Galadriel. There are enough location attachments in this deck (12) that you should be guaranteed at least one as well. Having any of Gandalf's gear is a bonus.

Early game you will want to build up Gandalf, as well as trying to get Haldan action advantage.

Primary goal of the deck is to load up the the active location with attachments to drop a discounted Mirkwood Hunter, which you should never have to pay more than 2 for, or a beefy Forest Road Traveler.

Remember that Elf-stone and Ancient Mathom only benefit the first player, so try to time when to attach them, usually I try to let the other deck draw with Mathom since Haldan's ability gives us free draw already, although the extra cards can power Protector of Lórien, which should go on Gandalf so he can quest and defend for extra in a pinch.

Unexpected Courage is for Galadriel in scenarios where draw/threat are a problem, otherwise for Grimbeorn in the other deck when you need more defensive prowess.

Wizard Pipe is in the other deck of the fellowship normally (x3), but for Fire in the Night I switched it up and put it here so that the other deck could take 3 Legacy Blades.

Why not use a copy Narya or Wizard Pipe? A Test of Will is also great.

The last paragraph of the description states that the other deck in the fellowship is where I put Wizard Pipe, but if I were to play alone I would definitely find a place for it.

I don't own Narya personally, so it wasn't something I considered. It could be helpful although I don't have the most useful allies for it, nor a need for leadership resources.

A Test of Will absolutely is great and deserves a place in every deck. Unless I'm stuck up against a particularly difficult or annoying quest I tend to skip over it if I can as a personal challenge.
