Lots of moving parts in this Gondor-Dunedain Last Alliance deck, which makes for fun and interesting turns.
Mulligan for Outmatched, and Gondorian Shield and Seasoned Forager (goes on Damrod) are also nice to see. However, none of these are absolutely necessary in your opening hand.
Use your contract to strategically reduce the cost of your allies -- you start with just one Dunedain in play, so those are initially cheaper. Envoy of Pelargir can help you shift resources around (including to TaAragorn if you trigger your Contract), but only if you haven't got Seasoned Forager in play yet.
You want to engage an enemy as soon as possible, preferably one to which you've attached Outmatched (or Forest Snare). This will let you play Misty Mountain Journeyman and the Northern Bowmaster, and also will power up your Emyn Arnen Rangers for a questing boost. Use Dúnedain Hunter to try to fish out an enemy if needed. Note that Entangling Nets is also a nice combo with Outmatched.
Healing is provided by Warden of Healing, Ioreth, and Roving Herbmaster who combos with Beregond. Card draw from Damrod, Daeron's Runes, and Sarn Ford Sentry (and sometimes Knife-work).
If you happen to lose Ioreth or Warden of Healing, grab them back with Knight of Belfalas (or any ally if you trigger your contract) -- this ally could be bumped up to 2x. Note that extra Gondorian Shields can be attached to Damrod and Aragorn (who can temporarily get the +2 with the Contract).
Shadow protection from Hasty Stroke, though Sterner than Steel is also an option.
did not have a close look at it before ;)
what about Thorongil? for me nearly autoinclude having an aragorn. (it is a title so perhaps evan the Aragorn could make sense, but omostly used for lore-one for threadreducing i can imagine) then perhaps 1-2 Grey Companion makes sense. Captain of Gondor and Protector of Lórien also cards to consider
