I'm likely seriously hampering myself by insisting on including the two new heroes Beregond and Boromir. Lots of Gondor allies to take advantage of Boromir's ability and Beregond's defense is always useful, especially with a Spear of the Citadel on him. I've also included three Vassal of the Windlords as they can quest 3 the first two rounds for a measly cost of 1.
Steward of Gondor is best on Boromir, and clearly Light of Valinor on Glorfindel. Look for some cheap allies in your opening hand to try and deal with the tough first few rounds of this quest.
