This is the deck I built for the Starter Deck Dwarves vs Hill Troll video in my YouTube Series.

This deck has a minor change to it after I played it in the video, I removed 2x Zigil Miner, and replaced them with 2x Erebor Guard.

You should be able to get a dwarf army in play very quickly, the video shows how the deck runs. In my opinion it is likely the most powerful deck you could build with just one of the starter decks and a revised core set.
