As a Caldara deck, the main method of exploiting her is for Arwen Undómiel and Éowyn to discard strong allies for Caldara to retrieve -- which works even better if you get one of the unique allies with Sword-thain or have Prince Imrahil in play.
However, the key card here is Elven-light. With that card, Arwen's resource generation can be turned into cards if necessary, and with Steward of Gondor from the other deck all those extra resources can also be turned into cards.
This is the questing deck of the fellowship, with strong questing allies and heroes. The combat deck will preferentially take allies, though Dori will take care of early defense. At some point Arwen will get Light of Valinor or Eowyn will get Snowmane or a Steed of the Mark, and with Dori's help they can defend even without attachments, which they are likely to get -- the other deck has Golden Shield and Elven Mail, and since Steward of Gondor comes to this deck that also opens up Blood of Númenor and the full power of Gondorian Shield. The shield also can go on ally-turned-hero Imrahil.
Attacking, if necessary, will be done by some of the unique allies, Northern Trackers, and Eowyn if she gets Herugrim. Between Caldara, Elven Light, and Arwen's resource generation, it doesn't take long for this deck to become a powerhouse.
Looks great, mate! Prince Imrahil makes Caldara even better! Cool idea to pair it with another deck!
