This deck is best played two-handed or with a teammate who can engage enemies for you. You can still defend against them with Beregond's sentinel but this allows you to attack with your ranged army: The goal is to get Rivendell Bow and Light of Valinor onto Glorfindel & play at least one ranged ally. You will be able to quest Glorfindel for free and then attack with your ranged army for at least 8 combined attack power per round.

Feb 07, 2022Resourceful I've found is such an underrated card for a multi-trait deck to balance out resource gathering. It also serves a similar purpose to Song of Battle or Travel if I don't get to draw either of those cards. Strider is a neutral 1 cost card (easy to play) that gives you +2 will as long as you have <5 characters (pretty easy to take advantage of). Also, if you're playing a quest like Treason of Isengard (Follow the Orcs), you lose 1 hero anyway and can take advantage of the other card effect. |
Why include strider or resourceful?
