This deck is part of a set of 13 decks, for all details check out the project here: 13 Decks Were Given to the Race of Men
Rating:
- Preferred Player Count: 2 - 4
- Complexity: Medium
- Time Intensity: High
- Focus: Balanced
Synopsis:
This Gandalf deck is built around Zigil Miner. The basic idea is to play Zigil Miner as soon as possible and allow it to generate the necessary resources for you. Gandalf gives you insight into the top card of your deck, to help you with that. Sam Gamgee and Merry are chosen because they are generally strong heroes for a low cost.
How it's played:
Usually one mulligans for Gandalf's Staff or Zigil Miner. Try to play them as soon as possible and start to generate a lot of resources. The deck is very biased towards 2 cost cards, which should helpyou with the Miners. Try to use Gandalf's play from top ability as often as possible, espescially on events outside of the planning phase. In case your deck is emptied, reshuffle it using Will of the West.
Strengths: Willpower, Versatility
