Welcome to Bree, Middle-Earth's version of Sin City! Everyone is having fun smoking and drinking at the Prancing Pony.
I Built this deck to try out the new Bree "Undefended Attack" archetype, the deck was a little thin so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to supplement all that drinking with some smoking too.
Barliman will take most of the undefended attacks so he gets the Spare Pipes, Bree Pony and most of the drinks. Hobbit Pipe and Dunedain Pipe go on Nob and Bree-land Protector respectively. Remember you can only use the Half-Pints during the refresh stage, after using it put itself or a Pint (it comes in pints?) back on top of your deck then immediately draw it with Nob for a guaranteed ready.
Card Draw: The deck has so much (Barliman, Nob, Gleowine, Daeron's Runes) that I only included Drinking Song and Old Toby just for theme's sake.
Resources: Seasoned Forager goes on Harry since he is the only spirit hero. Nob's passive allows for a little resource smoothing also as you can pick whether you play a spirit or lore attachment first. The Archet Alekeepers can be played with any resources so this helps with smoothing also. Once you get out a few pipes Smoke and Think can allow you to play your more expensive allies like Firyal and Glorifindel.
Defense: None! Take all your attacks undefended if possible, if your guys get too beat up you can always chump block with one of your unique allies (Bilbo or Bob probably) since you probably have an extra of one in your hand at this point.
Attack: Harry Goatleaf, Archet Alekeepers & the Bree-land Protectors do a pretty good job of mopping up the enemies, especially after they have been softened up by the Scheming Staddlers.
I wouldn't rate this as an S-tier deck but it provides a pretty fun and different way to handle combat.

Jan 01, 2022give Barliman Butterbur the The One Ring and Well Preserved a little allies-optimisation and you have an s-deck with top defense from the start. for multiplayer consider some locationcontrol e.g. Rhovanion Outrider or Explorer's Almanac |

Loving this new Bree archetype! Protector of Lórien and/or Song of Healing might be good 1x additions to take advantage of that card draw.
