This is a typical Noldor deck for a progression style play. Use Narya on Círdan the Shipwright to pay for Steward of Gondor. All those resources can play Elven-light that you discarded to Arwen Undómiel,
Some location control with The Evening Star to clear troublesome locations away. Dump your hand to put in Glorfindel and redraw back to 6 cards with Galdor of the Havens.
