(Updated with some attack power) Lately I've been challenging myself to use cards I do t normally use. I thought it could be interesting to use Frodo Baggins as a defender of sorts while Idraen attacks, quests, and defends (sometimes). Glóin brings some resources and allows for me to get Rosie Cotton and Bill the Pony to the table.
Spare Pipe go on Glóin, unless you want one on Frodo, but he shouldn't really get damaged do to his ability.
I've been pretty successful resource wise especially if you can use Tighten Our Belts round 1.
I'm playing around with The One Ring, but not sure if I'm set on keeping it.
get as many pipes out as soon as you can so you can play Smoke and Think in order to keep a couple Ranger of Cardolan on the table instead of just using them for an attack or defense for the phase. Also can be used for a Sword-thain to bump up resources some more. most likely on Sam Gamgee if possible.
I'm excited to give this a go at the Con 21 and am open to suggestions!
