The Idea of the deck is to stay in secrecy, avoid engagements and kill everything with Dunhere.

This is not a deck that can work against every quest in solo, but it's very fun to play and it's not unusual to draw thr entire deck and finish the quest still in secrecy.

It worked well in Hunt of Dreadnaught, Massing at Osgiliath and The Black Serpent.

You have:

Threat reduction: Elrond's Counsel, The Galadhrim's Greeting, A Lesson in Caution.

Healing: Dúnedain Remedy

Resource acceleration: Resourceful (and secrecy allies)

Drawing: Ancient Mathom, Foe-hammer and Foe-Hammer and Resourceful-Gildor Inglorion.

Boosted Dúnhere can attack Staging Area with total of 10 (Spear of the Mark and Dúnedain Mark), and Defender of Rammas and Feint could help with small enemies sneaking from staging area to engagement zone. (MotK) Pippin and Dagger of Westernesse will help in that case. In sailing quest, Dunhere can kill Ships without having corsairs boarding… it’s very satisfying. (MotK) Pippin can be switched with different hero, depending on will power needed (Éowyn will be the best choice) and/or engagement value of the enemies.

Events in sideboard can be used as tech against specific quest. Steward of Gondor or Celebrían's Stone or other staples cards can increase deck efficiency.
