hope i made everything correct:

all are scouts or warriors(contract) and all except hirgon and 3 Rhovanion Outrider are rohan.

it is possible to get nearly each round an ally in for a discount of 2. (contract and teoden reduce by 1) you have to start with a scout and with discarding + thengel try to remake numeric imbalance to get the contract discount next round again. or get 2 allies in each for discount of 1 with remaining imbalance.

nice little shenanigans:

  • with hirgon you can get another reduction for an ally (timed well you can get a grimbold at no cost)
  • thengel has many options (and all are rohan so perfect hitting):
    • Elfhelm using his ability, funfact, you can discard elfhelm to get elfhelm permanent ^^
    • 18 of the 28 allies hae discarding effect, so thengel is nearly usable each round

mulligan for horn of the mark, shield and courage

Love it! I think I'll add one Gather Information when I try it out. It pains me to see Rider of Rohan not taking his action advantage.

You could put in Scouting Party instead of Astonishing Speed and use the contract on it to give all questing characters.

Small thing but you do have one card that isn't legal with the contract. Guthlaf isn't a Warrior or a Scout.

Good stuff. I like how thematic it turned out. I second replacing Astonishing Speed with Scouting Party, for extra Last Alliance shenanigans.
