This deck seems to be able to defeat "Assault on Osgiliath" fairly regularly. Taking the Phalanx enemy and the Harbor at the beginning of the adventure seems to work consistently. Then either quest with Glorfindel once Light of Valinor is attached or leave the staging area go unencumbered is also viable while your threat is low at the beginning.
Have heroes ready for the action window in combat.
Kill with Legolas to drop progress on the Active Location.
Avoid the Mumak if it hits staging - you can let it sit there as long as you want.
Odds are you'll see more enemies come into play rather than locations and treacheries.
