I say this all the time... not judging just wondering why Óin and not Nori? He's so much better at lowering your threat

Because there is no Óin ally, if I use Nori I can't complete the Company.

Also since Óin gains the Tactics icon when I have 5 or more Dwarves it allows me to still play Tactics cards even after I switch Thorin Stonehelm with Balin.
