Pretty straightforward. Defensive attachments, Steward of Gondor, and Heir of Mardil on Elrohir, offensive attachments and Grappling Hook on Elladan, CelebrÃan's Stone and Heir of Valandil on Halbarad.
Use Born Aloft + Galadriel to continuously fetch free attachments. Always leave one enemy alive to enable Halbarad. Feint and Ranger of Cardolan let you stall until Elrohir is setup.
This deck can solo a fair number of quests, but it's better off in multi-player. If you want to play solo, I'd recommend dropping Eldahir for Faramir.
