A deck for a 4 player fellowship meant to spread around direct damage and in particular to use Rumil for huge damage bursts.

Sep 04, 2020consider host of galadrim. then you can make damage with rumil and galedon archers if they are out. |
Sep 04, 2020I considered Thalin indeed but I prefered being sure to inflict at least 4 damage with Rumil. Quick Strike might be a good idea, though I am not sure it works with Great Yew Bow. Host of Galadhrim is a good idea. |
Sep 04, 2020you are right, will not work with the bow, but is nevertheless a good option. yazan attacks an enemy and can do 1 dmg in the staging with his ability. @rumil, you know you do the rumil-dmg only if you play him, not with tree people. so, your earliest time to do the dmg is 2. round. until then thalin has in most cases done more damage then 1 (with 4 player) |
Sep 04, 2020Yeah I know The Tree People is actually more of a way to get RĂºmil back in hand if needed. Thalin is indeed a good choice, but I guess I still prefer Legolas, I always liked its ability to clear location/advance stage outside the usual phases |
Sep 04, 2020yes, that clearing is very good, but with only 1 attack most locations are not cleared (more than 2 points). there a warhorse will also help ;) or the quickstrike and you can clear it after refresh before planning and questphase. or does one of the partners hve asfaloth or other locationprogress? then 1 attack from him is mostly enough. |
Sep 04, 2020Swift and Strong is a way for Legolas to attack more than once, but the Rohan Warhorse is good too. |
if you use thalin instead of legolas you inflict more direct dmg, specially in 4-pl. yes 1 less with rumil but much more during questphase.
would add magic ring and quickstrike. then yazan have possible multiple attacks, and can help kill enemys in the stagingarea even in the questphase. an enemy can get 3 dmg then (thalin, argalad, yazan) + a yazan attack to an enemy not in the stagingarea. (yes hands upon the bow does it better, but you can only have 3 of them ;) and with warhorse, you can possible use both or with great yew bow use the quickstrike to also attack into the staging area).
