This is the eagle deck I've been running recently with some success. I was concerned about being in a situation where I needed to ready Gwaihir and I wouldn't be able to, but that hasn't happened yet and I have played ≈20 games with this deck. The deck is able to handle almost any amount of combat that the game can throw at you with multiple readying effects and big eagle allies. Any siege/battle quest is an ideal target for this deck. The main weaknesses of this deck is a lack of healing and could really use some more resource generation.
Mulligan for Radagast's Staff. You have Expert Treasure-hunter, Wizard Pipe, and Messenger Raven as a card draw engine. Word of Command is used to find a staff if you need, or any other card you need to sneak in when Radagast isn't needed for combat.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to improve!
EDIT: I forgot to mention one of the combos of the deck. If you have a Gwaihir's Debt and Gandalf in hand and wizard pipe in play, then you are able to play Gandalf as a sort of tactics sneak attack, but he sticks around for the entire round.
With Wizard Pipe and Expert Treasure-hunter already in your deck, I'd throw in some Hidden Cache for resource generation.
