'When the men reached the fire there was Farmer Cotton standing all alone warming his hands.
"Who are you, and what d'you think you're doing?" said the ruffian-leader.
Farmer Cotton looked at him slowly. "I was just going to ask you that," he said. "This isn't your country, and you're not wanted."' - The Return of the King, Book VI, Chapter VIII
This is the deck I will be using for my upcoming solo saga campaign. Tom Cotton is actually a very powerful hero. Putting allies of any sphere into play is always nice, and the 2 boost is insane.
The goal here is to get Strider and preferably a Song in starting hand. Most songs go on Frodo Baggins. Sam Gamgee, Farmer Maggot and Raise the Shire are especially powerful.
Any suggestions/comments would be great! Keep in mind I have a limited collection, so some card addition suggestions may not be able to be implemented...
EDIT: - 2 Blade Mastery, + 1 Keep Watch, + 1 Keen-eyed Took

May 07, 2020Short answer: I dont have them... |
May 07, 2020Also, I have been using the Mountain of Fire Frodo, so resources havent really been the issue |
Aug 01, 2020Wait... what is the long answer to the previous question? How Keen eyed can the keen-eyed Took really be; he literally has one eye closed in his picture. Why do they call him Tom cotton if he is a hobbit and not cotton? I have so many questions about this deck. Where is the coin production? Where is the card draw? How do you overcome the unprecedented high 8 starting threat? And what kind of name is Bobbymcbobface? |
Aug 03, 2020without grey wanderer i doubt it will make any quests of the saga. |
Aug 17, 2020Yes... definitely going to update when i pick up Vengeance of Mordor |
Sooo, why not The Grey Wanderer? And Resourceful?
