OK. this is fantastic. if you're ever in the mood to mercilessly slaughter a bunch of undead Oathbreakers, then take this deck. (it was specifically constructed for the Spectral mechanic.)
it won three attempts in a row, all three scores under 90.
mulligan for Light of Valinor, Unexpected Courage, Magic Ring, or Gather Information (any of these will do)... but Inner Strength is the priority. that gets played first. have fun because it wipes the spectral Undead off the map.
always keep one Ered Luin Miner ready as an emergency chump blocker.
PS: this deck was made specifically for Cirdan to be the ring-bearer, but if you're giving the One Ring to Bilbo, make room for two Mithril Shirts and one additional healing card of your choice.
