Include The One Ring so that you have a maximum of 6 turns to live, though you might also want to swap out Treebeard for Saruman in that case so your friends can't just aim every The Galadhrim's Greeting they have at you to prevent you from threating out.

Cut the Errand-riders, they could allow you to move the other heroes' resources to Gandalf so you can actually play some cards in a somewhat timely manner. Maybe Fili or Kili (not both, of course) instead?
