Wandering Took is a proxy for the forthcoming card Odo Proudfoot.
Used as part of a fellowship in a Saga campaign.
Mulligan for resource acceleration — Resourceful or Steward of Gondor.
This deck strains a bit given the restrictions (those heroes, using Fellowship, not conflicting with the other two decks), but it works decently once set up. The one hitch: about once every three rounds, you can't put Gaffer Gamgee into play, since Frodo Baggins has rotated to you & flipped you to nine. If you can, avoid picking him up (in which case adding a hero does nothing & you can just run with ten characters!).
Update: My son just came up with a great fix for the problem in this deck: go up to x3 Ceorl; put one of the Resourcefuls on Merry. Get a fellowship without Ceorl, giving him to another player to do so. Then, when you pick up Gaffer Gamgee, use the next action window to move Ceorl back. Keep him until you want to play the Gaffer again. That way you're pretty much never out of Fellowship once you get in it. (To go up to x3 Ceorl, I dropped Horn of the Mark— nice idea but wasn't necessary — and ran one heavy.)
