I have been waiting a long time to build a functional non-saga deck featuring all nine members of the Fellowship of the Ring, and the addition of Frodo Baggins, Merry, and Pippin from A Shadow in the East made it possible.
Being a mono-Leadership deck, there's a fair bit of ally bouncing and summoning going on with cards like Sneak Attack, Timely Aid, Reinforcements, and A Very Good Tale, which can be played again with Tome of Atanatar.
Using Galadriel to set up the deck for the rallying cards as well as playing free attachments can be very handy, as well. Might want to save a Timely Aid for those moments when she discovers an off-sphere ally near the top of your deck.
Finally, there's Fellowship. Since every ally in this deck is unique, it shouldn't take long for it to flip. Be mindful of the limitation when playing those summoning cards, though. Oh, and Strength of Arms with some seriously beefy allies is killer.

Aug 07, 2019Yep, 4 resources for Timely Aid because Leadership, but I like that idea of sticking in a couple Good Meals - shame they can’t pay for Reinforcements, because that would be very helpful. Second Breakfast might help brin the tomes back for even more recursion, too :) |

Aug 07, 2019It would seem that Fellowship does not synergize well with bouncing effects, which strongly reduces the utility of Sneak Attack, Reinforcements, and core Gandalf. After you've flipped your Fellowship, all three of these cards -- of which there are 3x in the deck -- are useless. Given the limited card draw in the deck, that may be a major late-game problem. |

Sweet! I've been waiting for these cards to go online so I could post my Fellowship deck also. Already a different take on using the card to what I've done focusing on LD mainly, which to be fair is a pretty good fit.
Are you paying the full 4 resources for Timely Aid then? I guess with Steward and 3 LD heroes it's not as costly as it could be.
