I have try many deck with the new version of Dain Ironfoot. But some deck are to convenient and some are juste bad.

My main concern is to find a good way to use the massive discard from Dain.

Finally this card give me an idea :

Beorning Skin-changer

Well if i can put the skin-changer in my discard pile with a more expensive Beorning, i can with a Stand & Fight put into play for 2 spirit resource a big bear ready to fight along Dáin Ironfoot and Glorfindel !

So i have put more discard effect (Zigil Miner and Emery even if i can loose her) with Imladris Stargazer for discard control. And then put some strong questing ally (Ethir Swordsman, Galadriel's Handmaiden, West Road Traveller).

We use the strong capacity of mono spirit deck to play and replay event from discard to retrieve discarded card (Dwarven Tomb and Map of Earnil).

This deck can be emptied very quickly. Once again we use the existing tools of spirit decks to handle an empty deck (Will of the West or the combo of Map of Earnil + Dwarven Tomb ).

We add some control over the encounter deck (A Test of Will and Hasty Stroke), some resource generation (Zigil Miner, Arwen Undómiel, Hidden Cache), draw machine (Elven-light).

Threat is handled by Elrond's Counsel (which can be replay many times) and Galadriel's Handmaiden

No matter of your hand, you have a strong defender Dáin Ironfoot, strong quester Glorfindel and Arwen Undómiel and a solid attacker Glorfindel.
