Warden of Arnor 5937
This was my first attempt at a Noldor deck and it worked out very well. Basically just a fairly standard Elrond/Vilya deck, with the super-fast draw and extra resource generation added by Erestor and Arwen.
Most important cards for setup are Silver Harp, Vilya and Unexpected Courage. Of course Imladris Stargazer also is still amazing with Vilya. Remember in the late-game that the Stargazer has the Noldor trait, so she can actually do stuff if you play Lords of the Eldar. Don't worry too much about discarding things because you're going to use Will of the West to reset. If you really want to cut the deck down to 50 cards, it should be possible to do, but between Erestor and pulling cards off the top of your deck with Vilya you go through the deck pretty fast anyway.
This deck can function solo or multiplayer - in multiplayer it is more likely to serve as a questing deck, but obviously it still has the potential to function reasonably in combat.
