playing the 3 elvenrings is quite a task. u start with thread every enemy will come to you, so early defense is the key.

how....

if you go away from theme, use Inner Strength but i think u do not want to give The One Ring to someone who never had it, right?

then i propose Cloak of Lórien and some chumpers for the beginning. chumpers are preferable cost 1 allies elrond can pay for everyone so i suggest:

• Vassal of the Windlord
• Wilyador
• Envoy of Pelargir (cost 2 but gives 1 back)
• Westfold Horse-breeder
• Minas Tirith Lampwright
• Henamarth Riversong
• Knights of the Swan
• Anfalas Herdsman
• Guardian of Ithilien

including 5-6 should be enough to get 1 first round

then, optimize, take the valuable card 3 times and reduce not so effective ones

u do not need:

• Lords of the Eldar to expensive and you omly have Círdan the Shipwright for discarding
• Will of the West you never come through your deck within a game....
• Elwing's Flight see lords of the eldar
• Silver Lamp reduce to 1 you have 3 Hasty Stroke

discarding this 9 cards you have 50 , thats a first step

then Resourceful much to expensive, only worth if you have secrecy (secrecy is when your thread is 20 or less)

so replacing Resourceful you have 3 chumps

then decide if you want to go full noldor, or do not use To the Sea, to the Sea!. means either make your allies at least about 15 noldor or discard To the Sea, to the Sea!

if discarding To the Sea, to the Sea! you could increase to 5 chumps.

that would be playable.

to make it better i would include Faramir. with him, the chumps are also good for questing.

then, wich one is the most important ring? i would say Vilya (with it you can play the expensive stuff) so i would take 3 Vilya and 1 of the others

going for pure noldor (+ these chumps) would mean replace the Warden of Healing with Imladris Caregiver that would give you more discardoptions so beter use of Elven-light and perhaps replace the Gandalf with other noldor (thematic would be Elrohir and Elladan they wil be in the last campaign-box)

that would be it if you want to stay thematic, if you do not care about theme, then use some alep-shenanigans and the The One Ring ;)

@doomguard thanks for the input. I definitely want to keep it Nolder focused but I was making an exception for a good healer.

the Imladris Caregiver is not a bad healer with Elrond around and with Elven-light not so expensive (and additional carddraw)

would increase To the Sea, to the Sea! to 3 copies, and increase a few noldor. taking the cheap ones u do not need so much chumps. there are no 1-cost noldor but much 2-cost. going pure noldor than no 1-cost-chumps but few more cheap noldor like

• Elven Jeweler
• Master of the Forge
• Sailor of Lune
• Eregion Survivor

specially the Elven Jeweler could save a hero as chum for zero res but 2 cards specially if To the Sea, to the Sea! is not out yet.
