Ambas barajas están pensadas para complementarse entre sí y no para jugarse por separado, hay que tener esto en cuenta.
Con esta baraja se busca abusar de las habilidades de Dúnhere y Thalin.
Thalin brilla en multijugador, ya que se sacan mas cartas de encuentro y por tanto hay mayor posibilidad de que salgan enemigos y les haga daño. Algo parecido ocurre con Dúnhere, siendo mas probable que pueda usar su habilidad cuantas mas cartas de encuentro se saquen. Ambos personajes combinan muy bien que Thalin ablanda un poco los enemigos para que Dúnhere pueda rematarlos.
Importante resaltar que Théodred de la otra baraja ira normalmente a misión junto con Thalin dándole así un recurso adicional en caso de que sea necesario.
De Éowyn nada que comentar que no sepamos, está ahí para ir a misión.
Algunas consideraciones de las cartas:
Blade of Gondolin y Dwarven Axe van sobre Dúnhere primero y posteriormente sobre Thalin que junto a Unexpected Courage le permitirán ir a misión y atacar en el mismo turno. The Favor of the Lady va sobre Thalin para potenciar un poco su fuerza de voluntad.
Quick Strike nos permite atacar con Dúnhere en la fase de misión reduciendo así la amenaza en la zona de preparación.
Con A Light in the Dark podemos prevenir un ataque enemigo y devolverlo a la zona de preparación desde donde Dúnhere sigue pudiendo atacarle.
Swift Strike junto a Gondorian Spearman y el mas que probable punto de daño de Thalin serán capaces de acabar con muchos enemigos a base de daño directo.
Stand and Fight nos va a permitir realizar muchas jugadas interesantes, al traer de vuelta aliados en ambas pilas de descarte en cualquier fase.
A Test of Will y Hasty Stroke nos dan cierta protección contra el mazo de encuentros, ya sabéis a mas jugadores mas cartas de encuentro y de sombra y mas posibilidades de que salga esa carta que nos destruye.
Dwarven Tomb es nuestra bala de plata, para en el late game devolvernos la carta que necesitemos en ese momento.
con Lórien Guide y Northern Tracker nos aseguraremos que no nos atascamos con los lugares. Con Northern Tracker es otra carta que mejora en multiplayer, ya que hay mas posibilidades de que salgan lugares en la zona de preparación.
Horseback Archer normalmente no suelo jugarlo, ya que es netamente inferior a Veteran Axehand pero en multiplayer merece la pena ese recurso adicional.
Wandering Took tiene una habilidad un poco circunstancial, pero aun así tiene buenos números para el coste que tiene.

This deck seeks to abuse the abilities of Dúnhere and Thalin.
Thalin shines in multiplayer, since more encounter cards are drawn and therefore there is a greater chance that enemies will come out and deal damage to them. Something similar happens with Dúnhere, being more likely to be able to use its ability the more encounter cards are drawn. Both characters combine nicely in that Thalin softens up enemies a bit so Dúnhere can finish them off.
